What payment options are available to me and how do Klarna Pay in 3 interest-free instalments work?

In Italy you can choose Klarna Pay in 3, a form of credit that allows you to split the cost of your purchase into three equal installments. Payment for each installment will be collected automatically from the debit or credit card entered at checkout. The first installment will be collected when Malibù confirms your order, while installments 2 and 3 will be collected 30 and 60 days later respectively. You can check your payment schedule in the Klarna app.

Am I eligible for Klarna Pay in 3's interest-free installment solutions?

To take advantage of Klarna Pay in 3 solutions you must be at least 18 years old. Although widely promoted, the interest-free 3-instalment payment model depends on your financial situation. By choosing this payment solution, our assessment will have no impact on your creditworthiness.

There is a maximum spend limit for each order and you can only use Klarna Pay in 3 solutions if you have a delivery and billing address in the markets where we offer the Klarna service. Maximum spend limit: France (1500 EUR), Italy (2000 EUR), UK (1500 GBP), US (1500 USD), Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Belgium (5000 EUR/CHF).

What happens if I cancel or return my order?

As soon as Malibu has accepted the cancellation or return of your order, we recommend that you inform Klarna who will cancel all future scheduled payments and refund any amounts due.

Return your order as soon as possible (max. 14 days from delivery) as per return policy.

The return will be accepted immediately in the Klarna app, while the refund will be processed within 57 working days.

What happens if I don't pay for my order?

Klarna will automatically attempt to collect payment from the debit or credit card entered at checkout. If Klarna is unable to collect payment by the due date, a further automatic collection attempt will be made two days later. If this final payment attempt is also unsuccessful, Klarna will issue a receipt for the full amount of the outstanding order, which will be due 15 days later. Klarna will notify you two days before the payment is due and will then attempt to collect it.

You will not be charged any fees or interest for late or missed payments. Your credit rating will not be affected by using Klarna Pay in 3, even if you have not paid by the due date. If you do not make a payment, you will be in default and may not be able to use the service in the future. Klarna may continue to attempt to collect overdue and upcoming payments on subsequent due dates, or may invoice you separately for the total unpaid amount. If you do not pay for your purchase, Klarna may engage an external debt collection agency to collect on our behalf. Debt collection agencies are used as a last resort."

The order with payment by Bank Transfer will be processed after the actual credit. In the event that the credit does not arrive within and no later than 4 working days.
